I am Tugay Keskin, known as TuGuX in the Esports scene who played professionally for almost 10 years. Through my experience in various fields in this, I focus on my clients’ needs and try to fulfill those in the best way possible.

BIG ACEDEMY

Initially, I wanted to coach immediately after my player career. Nevertheless, I began the coach the BIG Academy team in March 2020.

As a previous IGL (Ingameleader), this was quite an easy transition.

Our matches are shown on HLTV often as we got invites to several tournaments.

We managed to get from Rank #149 to #80 and are right now at Rank #92 which is a super improvement within 4 months.
SPACE SOLDIERS

I gained a lot of experience in my first management role in Space Soldiers as Sales Representative.

Started with a presentation/pitching deck in order to attract new partners, I reached out to some fitting partners.

We attented Esports Bar Cannes and had interesting and promising meetings with some of the best brands in and outside of Esports (e.g. BMW).

Unfortunately, Space Soldiers closed its' doors in the end of 2018 and therefore we could not close the deals.

Besides that, I was in charge of the Turkish Pro League as the Project Manager.

As conclusion, it was a great first experience for me and showed me a lot what to expect in the Esports scene.
TURKISH PRO LEAGUE

In collaboration with Faceit, we started the Turkish Pro League in January 2018, a hub on the FACEIT platform for Turkish speaking players in CS:GO with 7500 Turkish Liras to win every month. As the project manager, my tasks included everything from planning, execution, monitoring and control (e.g. marketing, recruiting, accounting etc.).

We managed this league for more than a year, got over 2500 subscribers (paying 5.99$ per month) in one month and had great results overall with the best players participating from Turkey.

Furthermore some of these players managed to get into the Faceit Pro League (FPL) and are showing great numbers of viewers in their streams.
CUBIEX

In the beginning of 2019 I started as an Advisor for cubiex, a tokenized social network and crypto league for gamers. In simple words, a Facebook for esports where gamers can earn tokens by various actions.

I advise them in terms of Esports, especially the Turkish region and CS:GO. This includes influencers, tournaments and marketing campaigns.
Player Career

My esports career began in 2009 with TEAM Speedlink in the German ESL Professional Series, where I ranked in the Top 10 in my rookie season.

In 2010, I played for SNOGARD Dragons, reaching the grand finals and earning the MVP title as the best German player of the year.

Joining mousesports, I won the German EPS and Ligapokal, marking my most successful period in Counter-Strike: Source.

With the release of CS:GO in 2012, I took a break before returning in 2015 with Space Soldiers, a Turkish organization. We reached the Top 15 worldwide, a major achievement.
INFLUENCER MARKETING

Influencer Through my social media presence and Twitch, I am offering influencial services as well.

I worked with several known brands like NVIDIA, ASUS, HyperX and Zowie by BenQ.

These services include social media posts or streaming services.
